Project Description:

Construction of a camper services building at Carter Lake Eagle Campground Camper. The building provides handicap accessible flushing toilet facilities and showers for the Eagle Campground area which is located off Larimer County Road 31 north of the Carter Lake Marina.

 

The building is approximately 1,000 SF and was constructed with concrete slab on grade, CMU walls, and wood roof structure with standing seam metal roofing. 

 

Some of the site work for this project included grading, importing of approximately 1200 CY of fill material, construction of the building pad, concrete walk ways, handicap parking pad, utility pads, placement of imported topsoil, and revisions to existing recycled asphalt parking areas.

 

Approximately 180 LF of water service is installed from the meter location to the building, and 170 LF of electric service is installed from the meter location to the building. A septic system consisting of a septic tank, dosing vault, manhole, three tiered leach field with infiltrator chambers and approximately 450LF of sewer service were constructed for this project.
